Would you like to continue empowering Chief Science Officers to have an amplified voice in the community? We can do this together! Let me first introduce myself to you, Kindra Maples, as the newest member of the Arizona Technology Council Foundation. My role focuses on working as the CSO Systems Coordinator, meaning I will be growing the mentor component of the program, or as we call our STEM Professionals, the SciTech Jedi Mentors.
The CSO program is in its fourth year, which means further learning and growth for our team. The team has learned that the individual responsible for growing the mentor part of the program needs to be dedicated. I am and I am excited to be on the team to make the mentors my primary focus. You are one of the most important pieces and I will be focusing on refreshing, cleaning, and growing the SciTech Jedi Mentor component of the CSO Program. I cannot do this without you! Your past and hopefully future, experience with the program is extremely vital for its continued growth.
So what happens now? As an existing Jedi Mentor, I would like to hear from you. I would like to hear the ins and outs of how you feel about the Jedi Mentor program at this point.
