SciTech Institute Partners With Iron Mountain to Provide 100 Chromebooks to Students Around Arizona

To end our summer series of recognizing and thanking partners that are taking special measures to assist those in need during the coronavirus pandemic, this month we're celebrating Iron Mountain for its generous donation of 100 Google Chromebook laptops to students around Arizona to support digital learning.

 

In July, Iron Mountain gifted technology devices to SciTech Institute. The team has been working diligently to identify communities and families around the state that would benefit most from this technology. And over the last few weeks, we have traveled to several communities to hand-deliver the laptops. Families from these communities have received Chromebooks:Laveen, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Ak-Chin, Navajo Nation, Tohono O'odham Nation, Salome, Mesa, Phoenix and Tolleson.

 

The youth will benefit greatly from the improved access to technology-driven educational opportunities these devices will provide. Many thanks, Iron Mountain for the support! Together, we continue to help close the digital divide.
