Gilbert, Arizona-based Isagenix International has now established the Isagenix Legacy Foundation in Canada. Launched in Canada on April 5, the Isagenix Foundation in Canada called for donations at their Canada Celebration 2019 event in Ottawa, Ontario.
The Isagenix Legacy Foundation is now accepting grant applications from U.S.-based nonprofits who can help provide healthy nutrition and support for underserved children, wellness education for all, and aid for those affected by natural disasters.
The Isagenix Legacy Foundation is awarding its first round of grants, totaling $665,400, to 16 U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofits that align with its mission.
During its first 24 hours of fundraising in August, the Isagenix Legacy Foundation raised $2.3 million, exceeding a $2 million goal. That sum included $1 million from company Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover, who pledged to match the first day's funding.
